Rarer than GAR. This is a 37th National Encampment, October 12th, 1922. Founded in 1884 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Very strict requirements which were had to have volunteered for service prior to July 1st, 1863, Honorably Discharged, 3 Year Service, Combat Veteran.
Unfortunately the ribbon is torn, separating the top piece from the rest. also some tearing to the rest of the ribbon but still display nicely in the included Ryker Case. Owner is Firm on price.
